We are looking for a skilled and service-oriented Maintenance Officer to support technical operations related to agricultural equipment and drones. This role involves customer service, spare parts sales, equipment servicing, and on-site maintenance support. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, reliable, and willing to travel based on operational needs.
Job Responsibility:
Provide technical support and after-sales service to customers.
Sell spare parts and assist customers in selecting appropriate components.
Record and capture videos for warranty and service documentation.
Perform maintenance and repair services for drones, generators, and related equipment.
Support the rental and repair of agricultural machinery and electrical equipment.
Travel to provincial locations as assigned by the department head to provide field support.
Ensure all maintenance activities follow company standards and safety guidelines.
Maintain clear records of service activities, parts usage, and customer interactions.
High school diploma or technical/vocational training in mechanics, electronics, or related fields.
At least 1–2 years of experience in equipment repair, maintenance, or customer service.
Basic knowledge of agricultural machinery, drones, or electrical tools.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel to provinces and work independently on assigned tasks.
